“TRND” is a card game played with nine types of cards, each showing one of three shapes and one of three colors. On your turn, you swap cards in and out of your hand, aiming to finish with a hand made up entirely of identical cards, same shape and same color.
The more matching cards you collect, the more points you earn, so it can be tempting to hold out a little longer instead of going out right away. But if the deck runs out of cards or you’re the last player left, you won’t be able to go out or earn points at all.
There are 9 types of cards, each with 10 copies, so you’ll want to keep an eye on the market and discard pile as you try to collect cards that other players don’t seem to want. Of course, the other players are thinking the same thing… With TRND’s simple rules, you can really feel the dilemma of your tough choices.
The cards in this exciting game feature vintage chair artwork which is simple, highly visual, and has a satisfying feel that enhances the play experience. A summary card is also included to make score calculation easier.
