• If there’s an issue with anything you buy from us, we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
• If an item arrives damaged or missing pieces, let us know right away.
• If we have a replacement copy in stock, we’ll swap it out for you on the spot and handle the return process with our supplier on our end.
• If you’re looking to return or exchange something outside standard legal limits, or if it's a unique situation - get in touch with us anyway. We’re a growing business that wants to built a lasting customer relationship, so we’ll always work with you and our suppliers to find a fair solution.
• We're always looking for a reason to use our 3D printer so we'd be delighted to send you a part from our store copy and then print our own replacement!
